Please bring in your Request for Live Scan Service Form completely filled out. If you do not have one then contact the Agency or Employer who's requesting your background check to provide you with one. If you still need help obtaining a form you can call our office and we will try and assist you.
Please bring in either your California or Out of State Drivers License, California ID, Passport or Mexican Consultant ID with you.
We accept all forms of payment: Cash and all major Credit Cards. Please contact us if your company would like to setup a Monthly Billing Account.
